For the past 13 years, I have dedicated my career to working with young children. I received a Master's degree in Education from UW, meanwhile completed  AMS credentials for 0-3 years old and 3-6 years old. There is so much to learn about children beyond Montessori philosophy. Therefore, I finished training and obtained the WA State Early Childhood Education Certification (Proficiency Level) and Positive Discipline training for Educators. I Also have completed an Early Childhood Leadership Certificate at the Havard Saul Zaentz Initiative to enhance my ECE leadership skills. During my leisure time, I love to spend time with my family, dance & work out. I have finished 200 hours of yoga teacher training, received young children's yoga teaching certification, and passed RAD Ballet Intermediate level (Merit).

I am originally from the Philippines, where I studied Mass Communication in college. I moved to the US in 2009, first living in Florida and later to the beautiful state of Washington in 2012.
I started working at a local Montessori school in 2015 and completed my AMS Montessori Certificate in 2019 to become a lead teacher. I remained there for over nine years; however, I found the EMA philosophies and atmosphere inspiring and moving, motivating me to make a change.
A Montessori classroom provides the ideal environment for children to learn and grow. I strongly believe in empowering children to be independent, self-directed learners, or, in Maria Montessori’s words, “We must help the child to act for himself, will for himself, think for himself.”

I was born and raised in Washington State finished my master’s degree in Education and International Development at UW and have 8 years of experience working in education. I am an EMA Early Achievers' Coach with Child Care Resources (BrightSpark). I have been passionate about education for as long as I can remember. I will employ evidence-based coaching tools to provide valuable guidance and support to EMA's early learning staff, facilitating their employee development fostering an environment of continuous improvement, and maintaining EMA's high-quality early learning programs. I am originally from Mexico, where I studied Law at the Autonomous University of Baja California Sur from 2016 to 2022.I began working in the Montessori community in 2023, where I discovered my passion for working with young children and became inspired by the Montessori philosophy. From 2024 to 2026, I completed my Montessori Early Childhood training through the Montessori Educational Institute of the Pacific Northwest (MEIPN), earning my AMS Credential in Early Childhood.I believe that every child is capable, independent, and full of potential. My goal is to create a peaceful and loving environment where children can explore, learn, and grow at their own pace.

I was born and raised in Guangzhou, China, and earned an AMS Montessori Certificate in 2020. I have a background in Psychology and Education and worked as a lead teacher in a Montessori classroom for several years. I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Master’s Degree in Education. I believe in the power and potential within children and love supporting them as they bloom with their own talents. I am excited to join Evergreen Montessori Academy and be a part of this warm family.

I have completed a Master's degree in Education, Economics, and Business Administration with a passion for early childhood development. I have been dedicated to this field in India since 2007. My commitment to fostering positive learning environments and enhancing educational experiences for young minds continuously motivates me to work with them. In the USA, I have been working in early childhood since 2020 and have completed CDA, specializing in infants and toddlers. I am passionate about pursuing Montessori certification, and I am excited to work at EMA, which will help further my educational pursuits. I am originally from Persia. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in microbiology and moved to Washington. Iwas a stay-at -home mom for few years, until my kids were old enough for me to take the time to find a newprofession. I found my true passion for working with toddlers and have been a Montessori Assistant Teacherfor the past several years. Working in a Montessori preschool with little ones has been incredibly rewardingfor me. I love watching children grow and work independently while guiding them in an environment thatbalances freedom with structure

 I worked at a Montessori school in Thailand for 2 years. I love teaching children and am passionate about creating fun, safe learning spaces for them. I like to give each child individualized guidance and support to help them grow and learn. I was born in Myanmar, and I moved to the US to pursue my degree in Early Childhood Education at Green River College. Meanwhile, also attending my 2nd Montessori Teacher Training. One of my favourrite Montessori philosophies is rooted in serving as a humble, mindful guide who sparks a lifelong love of learning by closely observing and respecting each child’s unique developmental path. I was born in China and moved to Las Vegas when I was 11, and in 2021, I made the big move to Seattle! My journey into childcare started when I began working at a Montessori school, and that’s when I realized how much I truly love helping children grow and learn. I’m currently pursuing my degree in Early Childhood Education and am excited to continue expanding my knowledge and skills in this field. I’m passionate about creating a fun and supportive learning environment where children can explore their creativity and curiosity. Outside of teaching, I love spending my time doing arts and crafts or experimenting with new baking recipes.

I started Montessori in 2014. I am an experienced Montessori educator with 12 years of dedicated service as both a Montessori Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with children to support their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development while fostering independence, confidence, and a love of learning. I am passionate about the Montessori philosophy and believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn at their own pace in a respectful and supportive setting. My goal is to create meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and lifelong learning while building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, completed my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Middle Level Mathematics at Central Washington University, and started my journey in education as a middle school math teacher. Since then, I have worn many hats in the education field, from being a substitute teacher to being a school-wide intervention-support paraeducator at the elementary school level. I knew that there had to be a better way to support every child in their interests and in academics. I discovered Montessori in 2022 and fell in love with the philosophy. I was certified through the Prepared Montessorian Institute and have 4 years of experience in Montessori Teaching. There are so many beautiful aspects of Montessori, from the focus on supporting independence, the benefits of having multi-age learners in one classroom, and the ability to give children freedom within limits. Montessori has been home to me, and I am excited to continue this journey here at EMA.

I am originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, and I am the proud mother of three wonderful children, 29,22 and 20 years old, who are my greatest treasures and my biggest inspiration. Being a mother has taught me the importance of patience, kindness, and creating a loving environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to grow.

I have over seven years of experience in early childhood education. From 2019 to 2026, I worked at Sammamish Spanish Preschool, where I had the privilege of helping young children learn, explore, and develop confidence through meaningful, hands-on experiences. I loved building strong relationships with children and their families while creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging classroom.

Working with children is more than a career for me—it is my passion. I truly enjoy watching children discover new things, celebrate their accomplishments, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

I completed my Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2018. Although I initially planned to pursue architecture, my passion shifted after working as an Assistant Teacher in a Montessori school for nearly 3 years. That experience gave me a deeper understanding of child development and the joy of supporting young learners. After moving to Washington, I was eager to continue my journey in early childhood education. I strongly support the Montessori philosophy of fostering independence, hands-on learning, respect, and a child-centered approach, and I am eager to help children grow with confidence and curiosity.

Hello everyone. I am from Malaysia and am currently attending a Montessori teacher training program.  I have spent 17 years as an art teacher at an art school in Singapore. Throughout my teaching career, I have had the privilege of helping children develop their creativity, observation skills, and artistic expression through art.

I believe every child is unique and learns best in a nurturing, respectful, and encouraging environment. My passion is to inspire children to explore, create, and grow with confidence. By combining my background in art education with the Montessori philosophy, I strive to provide meaningful learning experiences that foster independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

I grew up in China, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2005. Before moving to the United States with my family in 2012, I worked as a hardware and software engineer in Beijing.
As a proud mother of two boys, watching them grow sparked my passion for child development and Montessori education. I have been teaching toddlers and preschoolers since 2022. Committed to professional growth, I hold Washington State ECE Initial and Short Certificates and am currently pursuing my MEIPN Montessori Teacher Certification at the Infant and Toddler level.
