Open Position: Primary Certified Montessori Teachers (Mandarin Speaking/Full Time)

Job Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of an associate's degree, AMS/AMI, or a MACTE-accredited training certificate.

  • Prior Montessori  Lead teacher experience (At least two years)

  • Strong classroom management and curriculum implementation skills

  • Familiarity and compliance with WA state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience

  • A strong commitment but with an open mindset to the authentic Montessori philosophy & current scientific research. 

Responsibilities:

  • The teacher will be responsible for delivering an authentic Montessori program, fostering creativity, problem-solving skills, and respect among children

  • Make a positive impact on children's education and development

  • Supervise and manage the classroom, ensuring a clean, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children

  • Foster independence, critical thinking, and self-esteem in children

  • Maintain open communication with parents, regularly reporting on children's progress

  • Adhere to licensing guidelines and follow company standards for childcare

  • Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive and enriching educational experience

  • Attend and participate in staff meetings, training, school events, and professional development sessions

Open Position:  Montessori Toddler Assistant Teacher (Mandarin Speaking/Full Time)

Job Qualifications: 

We are looking for someone who is naturally positive, resilient , a professional communicator, and passionate about working with children. As a teacher assistant must be: At least 18 years of age; Minimum high school diploma; Early Childhood Education Certificate or equivalent college degree preferred; Must successfully clear a criminal background check; Previous Montessori teaching experience preferred; Compliance with all state education and licensing standards.

Responsibilities:

This full-time, year-round assistant teaching position will work with our children and support the lead teacher in ensuring students' safety and care. Using developmentally appropriate Montessori learning materials, you guide students as they develop their gross motor skills, social-emotional skills, and language skills. You will have the opportunity to work with students in a group or individual setting.
